FLIGHT TRAINING

Heartland Aviation has a staff of Certified Flight Instructors who can teach you to fly! Meet our Flight Instructors.

  • Heartland Aviation offers personalized instruction for pilots seeking their Recreational, Private, Instrument and Commercial pilot ratings.
  • For those who are just starting, we offer a discovery flight to allow you take a closer look at flying general aviation aircraft.
  • Training is scheduled at YOUR pace. As with any learning process, the more often you can train the less you have to "re-learn" as you go along. An ideal schedule would have you taking a lesson at least once per week, preferably twice. About six months is a reasonable time to complete the process.
  • Financing is available through 3rd parties such as pilotfinance.com.
